Laidlaw Cottage is a delightful self-contained 1860s miner's cottage located in the quiet end of a beautiful elm-lined street in Beechworth, North East Victoria. It comfortably accommodates up to six guests. As you step through the front gate, the deep front verandah with its wirework and cane furniture invites you to sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquility.
Only 200 metres from the centre of Beechworth, Laidlaw Cottage provides you with the perfect combination of history and comfort that will help you to relax and enjoy your stay.
With a cosy living space complete with wood heater and plenty of firewood at the back door, as well as a reverse cycle split system, kitchen/dining, and three bedrooms (queen, double and twin beds), the cottage is ideal for both friend and family getaways. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge and electric stove.
The bathroom offers a double spa with shower over, and basic laundry facilities including a second toilet are off the back verandah.
